Assalamualaikum w.b.t
A valuable poem to be share with you all. My lecturer Pn Khalida Khalid share this to me and my classmate during our Corporate Ethics class this evening. This poem was nominated by UN as the best poem of 2006, Written by an African Kid.
When I born, I black
When I grow up, I black
When I go in Sun, I black
When I scared, I black
When I sick, I black
And when I die, I still black
And you white fellow
When you born, you pink
When you grow up, you white
When you go in sun, you red
When you cold, you blue
When you scared, you yellow
When you sick, you green
And when you die, you gray
Funny and cute right?? But for me it is very meaningful..What do you think? What does the African kids trying to say?? Deep inside my heart, i feel very thankful, they make me proud and pleasure to say "Alhamdulillah Allah!! Thank you for everything that You had given to me since I was born". Nothing in this world is mine. Everything was given by Allah and being borrowed in a short period of times. Let's us sake forgiveness from Allah for all thinks that never being appreciated by us before.
"Ye are the best of peoples, evolved for mankind.."
