Alhamdulillah rase lega dan tenang apabila selesai Viva Final Year Project ( FYP ) awal tengah hari tadi. 2 soalan yang diajukan oleh internal examiner juga dapat dijawap dengan baik (^_^)v. Alhamdulillah Allah bantu lembutkan hati examiner daripada tanya soalan yang tak mampu dijawap. Kini tiba masa untuk menyiapkan final report yang perlu dihantar 19 Desember nanti. All the best all!! Pecutan terakhir...

Hari ini 12.12.12 class Human Resource Managemant (HRM) diteruskan lagi dengan tajuk baru; feadah @ kelebihan untuk pekerja. Persoalanya, yang mana lebih utama bagi seorang pekerja.. antara jumlah gaji bulanan atau faedah tambahan seperti pembiayan perubatan, bonus, alaun dll ? For me both of this aspect are equally important. That is why, most of UTP graduate put their high hope and expactaion to be with Petronas. Otherwise, Petronas would be our benchmark .It is either you work with Petronas, or company that offer same amount as offered by Petronas..or company that offer you higher than what have been offered by Petronas. So, it's actually all about money and satisfactions.
But, there is another big thing that shock the entire class. A financial transcript belong to one of Malaysian citizen where I should not mention his name and his company [not Petronas]. Basic salary for a year is RM600 000, bonus RM300 000 with car and many other allowances enable him to gain more than RM1 000 000 per year. Alhamdulillah murah rezekinye...my classmate said, he deserve it for all the pressure that he has as decision maker. I'll would agree on that, because those people who rich and success in their life had actually learned and worked so hard to be at that level of achievement. In fact, this person that I could not mention his name is already at the [quite] old age..to indicate that he actually strive hard throughout his life for this.
"Semoga dia banyak bersedekah" I told to a friend next to me..and she smile
After few second...she said this
"Kadang-kadang kesian kat makcik cleaner yang susah2 ni, diorang bukan tak nak belajar tapi xde duit.." smile and nod my head.
It's true. The gap between rich and poor are getting higher. In UTP for example some of them are quite old to perform all the housekeeping task. When we ask, why she still working.. most of them admit that their family's income are not enough for monthly expenses even the whole members in the family are working...high cost of leaving no option, need to work hard for money..need to wake up so early in the morning and return home late at night. Just can't imagine how happy there are if they receive salary as high as what we've seen on the transcript.
Begitulah kehidupan. Tidak salah mengumpul harta dan kekayaan..tetapi bukan menjadikanya Tuhan mengantikan ALlah. Jika jadi orang kaya, jadilah yang pemurah dan selalu bersedekah kepada yang fakir miskin. Mudahkan urusan orang lain dan telus dalam pekerjaan. Menjaga kebajikan pekerja dan tidak sekali-kali mendekati perkara mungkar seperti rasuah, pecah amanah dan pelbagai lagi. Sentiasa dahagakan ilmu, ilmu dunia menjadi kepakaran ilmu akhirat manjadi rujukan. Tidak sombong dan takbur kepada Allah dengan meninggalkan suruhanya dan melakukan laranganya.
Jika ditakdirkan kite berpendapatan rendah..Jadilah pekerja yang amanah dan dedikasi. Tidak berdendam dan bersangka buruk kepada orang lain. Sentiasa membersihkan hati dari penyakit hati dan syak. Mendidik diri menjadi hamba yang taat pada Allah. Rendah hatinya, tebal sabarnya dan besar pula semangatnye. Kuat semangat juang dan tidak kenal erti putus asa. I'allah tiada yang dapat membezakan manusia melainkan TAQWA
Sesungguhnya orang yang paling mulia diantara kamu disisi Allah ialah orang yang paling taqwa diantara kamu. Sesungguhnya Allah Maha Mengetahui lagi Maha Mengenali. (Al-Hujuraat 13)
Sesungguhnya Allah tidak melihat kepada zahir kamu, dan tidak pada rupa kamu, akan tetapi melihat hati, dalaman, keikhlasan kamu. (Hr Muslim)
